This package will include 4 Strength Gain Personal Training Sessions. Throughout this process, Adam will take you through the four main barbell movers (Bench, Squat, Deadlift, and Pressing) and teach assistance exercises to improve all of the main lifts. Each program will be personalized to your current ability and personal schedule.

Adam previously played football at Illinois College for four years and would go on to coach at his alma mater for two more years as the defensive line coach. While coaching, Adam obtained his masters degree in sports management and began training at The Crunch soon after. Today, Adam stays competitive by participating in strongman and powerlifting competitions with a strong passion for strength training and athletic performance. Adam's current total in powerlifting is 1500lbs and looks to continue growing that number as he competes.
